Do you discard any of the starter before feeding it? I have noticed other recipes discarding a portion before feedings….

Hi Tammy, You don’t need to discard starter before feeding with this method. Just feed it, use what you need for baking, and save a little starter to keep it going for next time. Thanks for being a part of the TFL community!
